Kevin is the Owner, Founder & CEO of Three 17 Capital and is responsible for the mission, vision, and performance of the company.

Kevin is an experienced and successful real estate entrepreneur with over 14 years of industry experience in both residential and commercial real estate. He started his career in real estate as an economic development intern for the Mayor of Cincinnati, Mark Mallory, in 2008 while a senior at the University of Cincinnati. In that capacity, he worked on The Banks project, a transformational waterfront development with a billion dollar+ economic impact. In that role, he was tasked with helping market and sell the City of Cincinnati as a place to do business and The Banks as a prime investment opportunity to potential investors and business owners in the retail, hospitality, entertainment, and multifamily industries.

In 2010, he became a licensed real estate agent in Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia where he would go on to found and open his own real estate sales and development company, Entrusted Development, LLC, build the company to a team of seven, broker millions of dollars in transactions, develop million dollar + properties, and serve the community and real estate industry in several capacities including as a member of the Board of Directors for the Washington, D.C. Association of Realtors for five years.

His professional experience includes but is not limited to real estate brokerage, negotiation, sales, marketing, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, raising capital, development, redevelopment, management, investment, ownership and executive leadership. He has been licensed as a real estate broker in three states and holds several industry certifications and recognitions. 

Kevin is an MBA candidate and holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting and International Business from the Carl H. Linder School of Business at the University of Cincinnati. 

He is a proud husband and father and lives with his family in the Cincinnati, Ohio area.
